Cakes on the move!
Dream it.
With the evolution of the food truck market in France, it inspired me to bring the essence of my perfect cupcake kitchen to you all on the road!
We then spotted an old horse box for sale and so the idea of Dolly was born! Another opportunity for Steve and I to work together as he brought another of our dreams to life.
Build it.
We collected the horse box and then suddenly the reality of what we had taken on was in front of us! A lot of work was going to be needed to turn it into the cute little cupcake box we imagined.
But with our plan in hand, we set about welding, building and cutting!
Bringing Dolly to life.
With the major structural work completed we could start building out the interior space, including cupboards, a fridge and display stands.
We then needed to design the outside, including my brand colour scheme and signage, so you lovely people knew what we were offering.
Finishing touches
As we completed each finishing touch, we fell a little more in love with Dolly. It really is a happy little space and I love sharing my cupcakes with you all when I’m in Dolly!
Myself and Dolly are available to hire for all your private and public events throughout the year.
